Jim the owner, Rob and their team was excellent. We had a flood in our house and we were in panic mode! Jim was
ALWAYS available whenever we had any questions. Jim and Rob kept us calm by answering our questions patiently and professionally.
They always showed up and on time, was thorough, clean and meticulous in their work. From start to finish they were 5++++++ stars. Highly recommended!

We had a sewer leak in our condo and they did a wonderful job of taking out all the water, soak carpet and drywall. There whole crew was everything a good team and company is made up of. Jim and Cullen are fantastic, and I can't recommend them enough. The neighbor's kitchen leaked into my walk-in closet, causing a huge mess in my condo. Jim was reassuring and talked me through things and was able to get Cullen out the very next day to start work. Cullen was so professional and informative and made things way less stressful. I have had other work done in my condo and those other companies I used were meh (at best). ServiceMaster are exceptional. Highly, highly recommend!!!!
