We had a sewer leak in our condo and they did a wonderful job of taking out all the water, soak carpet and drywall. There whole crew was everything a good team and company is made up of. Jim and Cullen are fantastic, and I can't recommend them enough. The neighbor's kitchen leaked into my walk-in closet, causing a huge mess in my condo. Jim was reassuring and talked me through things and was able to get Cullen out the very next day to start work. Cullen was so professional and informative and made things way less stressful. I have had other work done in my condo and those other companies I used were meh (at best). ServiceMaster are exceptional. Highly, highly recommend!!!!
The team at ServiceMaster Restore renewed my faith in humanity! They are friendly, considerate, patient, responsive, and operate with great integrity and do excellent work! I unfortunately had my condo's entire bathroom wiped out due to an ongoing major leak from a unit above. It was a very difficult and trying situation due to the uncooperative nature of the owner responsible in resolving the issue. The leaking spanned almost 2 years and ServiceMaster was there to help mitigate and attempt rebuild on multiple occasions! They never turned away or got frustrated at the ongoing situation and finally we were able to rebuild to completion! The bathroom looks better than it did before everything happened. Thank you ServiceMaster Restore! Big shout out to Robert, Thomas, Ben, Dan, Vernon, and Jim! It definitely took a team. Mahalo a million times over.
