Hector was our tech and he was amazing, professional and very friendly. He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. Explained the solution that was being used and how its safe to health/environment. He was patient when I asked questions. Gave me the option to decline the cleaning at no charge if I wanted to, after he did a sample cleaning of a heavily soiled area. He did a very thorough job and was done in about 2 hours or less. He even showed me the gunk that he pulled up from my carpet. Yuck! As he was leaving, we had a good conversation of the Hawaiian food that he recently tried after being in Hawaii for just 3 weeks.
