“I just so happened to see water dripping down under the house as the shower was running. I thought to myself: Great, I'm going to need new shower values = $$$$.Got a referral to Point Plumbing and gave them a call.Kathi asked what was going on and asked me to take some photos to show her my concern and we made an appointment for Scott to take a look.Scott came on time and looked under the house. He asked me to run the shower to see what was going on. He said the drain had come undone, he went to his truck, got brackets to support the pipe and fixed it in-a-jiffy.whew, no costly repair. Bottom line: I would call them again. (oh, and they are super friendly)Side Note: when we remodeled our kitchen, Scott did the replumbing. I just didn't know it until he said, "I know this house." Ha ha.“

“I discovered I had a leak under my kitchen sink with extensive cabinet damage. I called Diamond Head Plumbing, they sent a plumber to find the leak and assess the damage. After he did that, the owner came to discuss with me the repairs needed and order a sink, faucet, and disposal right away. Then plumbers came to install, and a designer came to help me with the configuration of new cabinetry to replace the badly damaged one. All of the people who work for Diamond Head Plumbing were respectful in the way the spoke to me, and respectful in their behavior in my home. They were prompt in their arrival, did the job and cleaned up afterward. I dealt with the owner, the estimator, the plumbers/installers, and designers and all were great. He was upfront about costs and availability. Jacob, the technician, was professional and installed the faucet without a hitch. He also gave me some tips on my dishwasher.
