“535 Plumbing did an outstanding job. I called them out for a clogged drain and a toilet issue, and they didn't stop until everything was completely fixed. They snaked the drain and found the culprit — a small rag that had gotten stuck — and also replaced the wax ring on my toilet to fix the leak.
What really impressed me was their persistence and attention to detail; they made sure the job was done right instead of just doing a quick patch. On top of that, they were super respectful and professional the whole time, and cleaned everything up before they left — you'd never know a repair had even happened.

“I just so happened to see water dripping down under the house as the shower was running. I thought to myself: Great, I'm going to need new shower values = $$$$.Got a referral to Point Plumbing and gave them a call.Kathi asked what was going on and asked me to take some photos to show her my concern and we made an appointment for Scott to take a look.Scott came on time and looked under the house. He asked me to run the shower to see what was going on. He said the drain had come undone, he went to his truck, got brackets to support the pipe and fixed it in-a-jiffy.whew, no costly repair. Bottom line: I would call them again. (oh, and they are super friendly)Side Note: when we remodeled our kitchen, Scott did the replumbing. I just didn't know it until he said, "I know this house."
