I never post reviews at all but honestly this deserves it. Not a big complainer nor a Karen but holy crap the service is horrible never coming to this hospital again was the worst experience for sick call and even medical emergencies had to wait 4-6 hours. Go to any other er rude staff and the staff that isn’t rude just have conversation irrelevant to their jobs come here to spend all day here
Please please please do not come here if you are having a medical emergency! You will receive better care anywhere else on island! I went there on a Saturday morning when they weren’t busy at all and I was met with such hostility and rudeness from my Doctor that when I called him out and told him I wanted to be discharged and try Queen’s instead he began to throw a temper tantrum and break HIPPA violations. He proceeded to STORM out of my room and started yelling at his own staff pointing at my room and telling everyone I called him a mean name and was telling other patients that I did this as well and he was doing all of it loudly enough for me to hear.I asked the...read full review
Zero stars. Worst experience at a medical facility in my life. Waited 7…: SEVEN hours with sick 5 yo. They’ll lie and tell you it’s almost your turn just to get you to stay. W kept being skipped instead. 2am we finally left, never saw a doctor and nobody’s cares.
