This modern facility provides primary care, urgent care, and laboratory services. Patients commend the friendly and professional staff for their excellent care. The office is nice looking. However, this clinic does not treat motor vehicle accidents and patients will need to go to the ER or another urgent care. While the team is professional and knowledgeable, the wait can be literally 3 hours long.

Little bit of mixed bag. The ladies up front are very helpful. They rotate doctors which has never made sense to me. Some are good, others do nothing for you and need get further care ER. I would like to say past couple visits with Jared Geesaman, APRN have been very good as is Dr. Aki.

These folks are by far the best urgent care staff I've ever been to. They got us in and out in less time than they initially estimated, and all of the staff from the front desk to triage to the doctor were compassionate and helpful! I really appreciated how they helped us with directions to the closest 24 hour pharmacy since we're visiting and unfamiliar with the area. Highly recommend!

Wait is long of course, but my experience with Dr. Paul Heiderscheidt was awesome. Probably best Dr I ever been seen by. Didnt brush me off and answered all questions so I could feel better.
