After reading about Spalani in Yelp I gave it a try. Very nice! Ive been to many and the best in Tokyo - Hiromi measures up easily. Superior to what passseS as facials in town. I'm very impressed but my experience with personal services is that Japanese technicians rule for the most part. They call it omotenashi.

First off, Hiromi is a delightful, kind, and warm person- which sets the stage for an amazing experience. She moves like a pro and does it with a smile. The reflexology treatment was so relaxing that I dozed off for a while- which is not very common for me with facials. The sensations and the pleasant smell of the products she used added to the serenity of the whole thing. I am very grateful for such tender care and skilled service. I will definitely be back! Hiromi from Spalani is a gem! She is professional, kind and calm, and I left my appointment feeling radiant from the inside out. I was referred to her as she specializes in facial reflexology. When I arrived Hiromi offered me some water and to sit down to discuss my skin. From there she created a facial to suit my needs. The facial included cleansing, gentle exfoliation, removal of blackheads and impurities, facial reflexology (so relaxing!) and LED light therapy. Hiromi is the owner and also the one who does all of the services. I truly appreciated how much care, dedication and passion she has for skincare.
