“I’ve known Tom for many years as a personal friend, so when my partner and I were finally ready to buy our first home, it felt incredibly reassuring to have someone I already trusted guiding us through the process. I have always known that Tom was thoughtful, ethical, and genuinely had our best interests at heart.<br><br>What surprised me was how often other real estate agents mentioned how respected Tom is in the industry. More than once, we heard unsolicited comments about his integrity and professionalism, which definitely helped during negotiations and made us even more grateful to have him on our side.<br><br>Throughout the entire process, Tom was always a great listener. He never tried to steer us toward any particular direction, but always offered honest, practical advice and shared his experience. He also reminded us (many times) not to settle just because the house-hunting process can be exhausting- advice I’m very thankful for now.<br><br>We looked at a lot of houses, and I sometimes felt guilty asking Tom to meet us at yet another showing. But he was endlessly patient and always encouraged us to keep looking so we could be confident in our choice.<br><br>We’ve been in our home for a little over a year now, and I’m still so happy with where we landed.
