“I cannot recommend HI Roots Realty highly enough, especially Sean, who has been managing my property since 2019. As an out-of-state homeowner, having someone I can trust completely has been invaluable. Sean has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure my property is well cared for while I’m off island, giving me true peace of mind.
Throughout the years, Sean has been incredibly responsive, professional, and proactive. Whether it’s coordinating maintenance, communicating with tenants, handling unexpected issues, or simply keeping me informed, he always makes me feel like my property is his top priority. His knowledge of the local market and attention to detail have made owning an investment property in Hawaii a stress-free experience.
What truly sets Sean apart is his integrity and genuine care. Over the years, he’s become more than just my property manager—he’s become a close friend. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a high level of honesty, reliability, and personal commitment.
If you’re looking for a property management company that will treat your home as if it were their own, I wholeheartedly recommend HI Roots Realty and Sean. Whether you’re living on the mainland or simply need a dependable team to manage your investment, you can trust that your property will be in excellent hands.
Mahalo, Sean, for your outstanding service and friendship over the years.”
