Because I booked a Brazilian hair removal treatment, I had to undress from the waist down and change clothes. However, there was a camera mounted near the ceiling of the private treatment room. When I asked the staff member, “Am I supposed to undress where there is a camera?” she replied curtly, “It is turned off.”

The room was very small and contained only the treatment machine and a bed. If the camera was installed for security purposes, I found it difficult to feel reassured simply by being told that it was turned off. As a customer, there was no way for me to verify whether it was recording or not.

I did first HIFU treatment at J Clinic. The staff is experienced and knowledgeable and the procedures are responsibly priced. I'm very happy about the result and I will definitely come back again for my anti-aging maintenance ?
