What an amazing experience! Mana and the boys treated us like family. And the quality of the windows are beyond what we expected. From phone call to showing us the product to installation and maintenance. The guys went above and beyond for us. At first we went to Discount Windows and what we were told did not come through at the end. We felt a little mislead from showroom to final estimate on the project. Also with what they told us about warranty on the product. As I am in the construction industry and wanted to install myself they initially told me the warranty would not cover unless their people installed. But after we accepted Island Windows offer(which was cheaper)they retracted and said that they would cover the windows under the warranty even if I installed. So, we did not feel 100% with them. Mana drove over and showed us all the products out of his van. Felt like island family off the bat. Estimate was amazing for the quality of the window. And they have great maintenance for after. From here on our family is going with Mana and Island Windows for all of our future needs. And even more, there were some minor glitches in the delivery, but Mana went above and beyond and addressed all of our concerns and worked out a deal with us, without hesitation. We really felt with them that we were more then just a dollar. We felt like family. Discount Windows has gotten to big for their britches.
