Ordered a ZZ plant based on their website advertisement with same day delivery as a gift for my wife. Didn't hear any delivery confirmation and they don't answer their phone. Found out at the end of the day via their email contact page that they don't have the plant and they canceled my order. 3/5 stars for poor communication.

I ordered some flowers for my girlfriend for pickup but couldn't pick it up due to contracting COVID-19. I called the store to them tell my situation and the owner was very kind and empathetic. The owner asked how I was doing and offered to delivery the flowers for free due to my circumstances. She is such thoughtful and lovely person. The flowers were beautiful and exceeded my expectations, it was put together with love and a special personal touch. My girlfriend was ecstatic about the white roses she got. I would definitely recommend getting flowers here.

The owner Rose is very thoughtful, considerate, caring and creative. She helped me by supplying flowers and bouquets on short notice. Prices are reasonable and her arrangements beautiful. I especially like the little touches she adds to her bouquets. Especially fond of her "Unicorn" roses. Thank you for your support and Aloha. Mahalo
