I was very pleased with the service. The floral shop called me to let me know that my first choice lei (tuberose) was not available and offered a suitable replacement choice (pikake). I was notified at each step of the packing and delivery process. The packing of the 3 lei was excellent. The flowers were so fresh and beautiful that I achieved total amnesia on how much I paid for each lei. Thank you Hawaii Lei Stand for contributing to an epic graduation. I will definitely order again. The Lei were shipped via 2 day fed ex from Honolulu to Portland, Oregon. I should also note that the Lei arrived on Tuesday and were used for events on Friday and Sunday.
I ordered my family's leis here to be worn during our wedding, as well as a maile ti leaf lei for my husband and the quality was amazing! They are great at communication and a short drive from Waikiki. I was able to place my order in advance and picked them up the day before the wedding. They stayed fresh in the fridge overnight and everyone looked great with them.
The lei I ordered was beautiful and exceeded my expectations. I requested delivery two days before I actually needed it, as recommended by Hawaii Lei Stand. I was glad I took the advice because delivery was delayed a day. The lei arrived in beautiful condition and received many compliments. Very pleased with my purchase.
