Fast and friendly. Was busy working at the restaurant and asked if he could buy the parts I needed and he didnt hesitate and got it all for me before fixing my door. Very quick and got the job done. Also provided insight on other issues with our door and how to go about fixing it.

Michael is incredibly thorough. He's incredibly meticulous and thorough. My husband made a huge hole in the wall while trying to reinstall a glass shelf in the bathroom, and Michael completely rebuilt it, leaving it looking brand new. I was so impressed. Highly recommended.
