The Oahu ACE Handyman, Lupe, was very professional and efficient. He listened intently, took extensive notes, and described in detail the steps and materials needed for each task. He is definitely a problem-solver, flexible in adjusting his plan of action, and has excellent customer service skills with a pleasant and friendly demeanor. He has a can-do attitude and is enthusiastic about his work. The office staff provided detailed scopes of work, including estimated time, labor, and materials. They proposed dates, confirmed them promptly, and sent auto texts to confirm arrival times. The service was professional, timely, and high quality. Lupe replaced a cooktop and 6 ceiling fans in one visit and repaired floors following water damage with great attention to detail. He communicated clearly at every step, making sure to get everything back in place as best he could. Customers were happy with the customer service, ease of booking, friendliness of everyone, and the time and care Lupe put into the job. He is a good, honest person, and the work was amazing with perfect, best quality. Lupe is the best! He was so detailed in his work and wanted to run all pivots by me to ensure I was satisfied with the solutions. He stayed 2 hours over to make sure he was doing the job to meet and exceed all of our expectations. On top of that he’s a super nice friendly guy. Really enjoyed his work and conversation.

I needed a foundation built/shed assembled and that it had to be over-engineered to withstand the elements for 10+ years. Communication was responsive w/ Anna at the office and Mike the Handyman. Also, follow-up texts were spot-on! Mike took my vision, made recommendations and completed with quality work. Mike is your go-to guy for this type of task.
