    I've been seeing Eric since he was training out of Gold's Gym. I was preparing to get a defibrillator installed and needed to not only lose weight but also make some lifestyle changes. Eric paved a road which helped me achieve the goals we set while keeping me accountable. He's personable and a master of his craft. 20 years later he is still my trainer, but also a close friend. I can honestly say that I would not be here if it wasn't for Eric.

    I started working with Eric after realizing I needed to make some major life changes. I had no idea what I was doing and Eric totally met me where I was. He helped me set goals, (even when I didn’t really know enough to have a clear idea of what my goals were!) and gave me the tools and support I needed to meet and even surpass them.

    Just over a year in, I’m down over 90lbs and I’m stronger and faster than I’ve ever been.     2 years ago i noticed that the ageing process was suddenly catching up with me. i hadn't done much during or after covid and my knees were really starting to bother me. my brother recommended i see Eric to get started on improving my fitness levels. Eric understood where I was at and has slowly but surely brought about strength and stability to my joints to the point where I can dance hula now without knee pain! every training session is also fun, entertaining and full of stories all the while he challenges me to improve. very grateful for each session with him, mahalo!
