I met with Scott to obtain a bid for a house I will be building. Very friendly professional meeting. Once I provided Scott the plans he responded quickly with a very detailed description of what was and not covered in his proposal. I would make Scott at Yamamoto Electrical Services on of my first stops.

I needed an electrician to change a 240 volt outlet to 110 volt in a kitchen of a home built in 1949 and I needed it done fairly quickly because of the delivery of a new gas range in the early part of February 2023. Yamamoto Electric responded immediately and was able to schedule us in before the delivery of the new stove. I especially appreciate Yamamoto Electric for its service but the cost was reasonable too. If you are looking for an electrician in Hilo area, I highly recommend Yamamoto Electrical Services. I will definitely use Yamamoto Electrical Services again for any future needs.

We used Yamamoto Electrical Services for a total rewire of our old plantation house. Dustin and his crew did an awesome job in general. They were very good keeping us informed about the progress and timeline, had great suggestions for placement of outlets, fixtures, etc., were always professional, went above and beyond in making sure all the little things were done, and finished on time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone doing a big job or small job.
