Four years ago, Iwamoto's team added some wiring for my carport. We learned two months ago that they mis-wired the ground in a way that was not initially apparent, but slowly leading to catastrophe, as lights began to flicker, then a sudden power surge which destroyed several appliances. When notified of the problem, Ross took full responsibility for the error, came by to fix what he could, and compensated me promptly for all damage. Even the best teams sometimes make mistakes; fessing up to them and making good on all consequences of it is absolutely top-notch professionalism. I would not hestitate to use Iwamoto again, or recommend their work to others.
If I could give 10 stars for the service we received from Ross, I would! Ross is not only knowledgeable and experienced, but also cares deeply about making sound recommendations for our needs. He's responsive, professional, follows through on his commitments, and his charge is very reasonable. We would not at all hesitate to call him again for future needs or recommend him to anyone!
I have been building houses for 30 years, so I have had a lot of experiences with electricians (mostly negative). We have hired Ross for three jobs in the last year. I have to say that, hands down, he is the best electrician that we have ever worked with. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous.
