“My wife and I went to the spa to get a Brazilian and eyebrow wax. Our aesthetician, Kaili, was very professional and friendly! Even though we showed up early, she took us in right away. During our appointments, she was quick and gentle and made us feel very comfortable throughout the process. It was an enjoyable experience overall. 10/10—would definitely recommend Kaili to anyone looking to get waxed!”
