I am not a customer, but just happened to be sitting outside waiting for friends that were at the shave ice shop. Your employee (Sarae) came outside waiting for her next client. We began a conversation; she was such a nice, positive, kind person! We were able to make connections (friends, family, etc.) I asked her different things about your business and she was able to explain it clearly. It was such a delight to meet her! Thinking about seeing Sarae for her services, along with my friends, and referring others to your shop! Mahalo!

I am new to Hilo and picky about nail salons.Everyone was friendly and welcoming.The space is extremely clean, which is important to me being a type one diabetic. My pedicure was relaxing and came out beautifully.I will be a returning customer. 5 star ⭐️Service: Pedicure

A guy did my nails and cut my toe nails despite me saying do not cut my toe nails. Another lady had to paint them. I just couldn't leave there with the way he painted them. I just wouldn't go back to him. I felt bad but I'm honestly I would have not got my nails done by him had I known he didn't know how to paint them. Glad I didn't get any other service. He massaged pretty good.
