I have tried several nails salon without much luck of finding a good one....FINALLY! Nina Nails was wonderful. My toes are great and my tech Alieia was friendly and professional. I will 100% be back.
Overall good experience! This salon was friendly and thorough on my mani pedi tonight.My only concern was being charged $55 prior to tipping when the salon sign said manicure and pedicure was $45. To my knowledge, Hawaii does not have a 21+% sales tax at salons. ? Not sure about that.
Tracy is amazing and hands down the backbone of this business. Always working hard, she exceeds my expectations every time. Her kindness and ability to communicate effectively is a huge plus. I get my lashes and nails done with her and it is exactly what I'm wanting each time. Though she is very busy, she accommodates as best as she can and doesn't cut corners. So grateful to know her!
