The staff, from the receptionists to the vet techs to the doctors, are friendly and gentle with our pets. They never make us wait when we arrive for our appointments, and it's great they are open on Saturdays.
My senior dog took a 10' fall Saturday early morning. We called our regular vet and never got a call back. We had taken Buster to Aloha Veterinary Center once before so we called and before they opened they called back and took Buster in right away. Dr. Sabina was very kind and knowledgeable. The staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout the day. Unfortunately Buster succumbed to his injuries. Staff was on hand to answer our questions while we cared for Buster at home. My dog loves being boarded here. It's expensive but worth it. Vet services are good as well but expect them to do extensive testing. You can pay your vet bill within 30days with no interest.
