Had to wait a long time before getting called in. The tech checking the dogs and taking the history info took a long time, before being seen by the vet. It took a long time to get checked out and pay my bill and get the medication I needed. The reason I was given is because they are transitioning from paper to computer and the staff was having problems figuring out how to use the computer program.Other than that the staff was very polite, patient, nice and friendly with my dogs and me.

Our River isn't feeling well, we hadn't even established a Vet yet, but they got him right in. Everyone is very professional and friendly. Hopefully he will be feeling better soon!

I was on vacation last week, when my son noticed that my chihuahua Bella didn’t look so well. It was on a Saturday when he took Bella there. They immediately took her in and got immediate care. I’m so grateful that the doctor provided 24/7 care for Bella for 6 days and we were able to visit her everyday without making appointments. Unfortunately, Bella passed away in her sleep the night before we were scheduled to bring her home. The compassionate care Dr. Sabina and her staff were so touching. I can’t thank them enough. I am definitely bringing my other fur babies there ♥️

Aloha Veterinary Center was conceived with the notion of bringing permanent veterinary care to the Big Island of Hawaii. Prior to its inception, all complicated medical and surgical cases were referred to Honolulu. It was the idea of Dr. Trevor Rodrigues, the founder, that such services be available to the local community at reasonable prices and exceptional value.
