Great place! I had to leave my dog for a long weekend and they were able to squeeze me in last minute. I toured the facility before boarding my dog Kai and it seemed very nice. They took great care of Kai and I’ll definitely be bringing her back for any future boarding.

Everyone there is always so helpful and friendly, and most importantly - they so obviously love and take good care of my furfamily members. Grateful to have Shear Magic here in Hilo 🙂

My long hair chihuahua loves Shear Magic! She gets groomed there and they do a fabulous job. She has also been boarded there in the small dog area. The staff are so nice. They called because I forgot to get her Shiba Inu stuffed animal when I picked her up. They had it all clean and ready for me. My pup does a happy bark anytime we drive by the facility.
