I had a procedure done today & I just want to say your staff in gastroenterology is the absolute best! From the nurse who checked me in, to the one who wheeled me to the parking lot. Every single staff member, the doctor, the anesthesiologist, the phelebotomist, they were all joyful, sweet, caring, compassionate & so wonderful to deal with. Thank you all so so much! I'm blown away by all of your bedside manner ❤️ wow thank you :) They were even singing happily at the desk in the hallway. So refreshing!! What a positive atmosphere! Even the chatter & laughter among the staff & seeing how they interact & help eachother was beautiful. Good job guys! keep it up :) Thanks again!
I recently went to BHMC for a procedure. The staff was absolutely amazing, from the time I checked in to the time I was wheeled out to catch my ride home, every single person I came in contact with treated me with Aloha. Mahalo to each of you
I cannot say enough good things about the care and treatment my husband received. From the whole cardiac team, down to the nurses aides. The level of care and compassion shown was something all hospitals should strive for. They took the time to answer all questions, never made you feel like you were taking up to much of their time. Hilo hospital, thank you, thank you for being amazing 🤍
