Another 5 star review for Chris, a good inspection is the single best investment you can make. Peace of mind is priceless. He walked me though step by step, showed me some tricks of the trade and uncovered a lot of things the realtors missed.
Used correctly his inspection will easily pay for itself, you can't lose.
10/10 Would recommend.
Chris was very thorough and detailed in his inspection and explanation of defects. Scheduling was quick and the report was delivered the following day.
We had a fantastic experience with Chris. He was very very thorough and took careful time to explain his inspection results. We now feel very comfortable and knowledgeable about the house we had inspected. Would recommend Chris to anyone and everyone. Chris also initially offered a veterans discount over the phone, which he honored after services were rendered. It was so very much appreciated. ☺️
