Sunset Beach Pilates
“I am certified in pilates and teach at an amazing studio in NYC, but Carli is by far one of my greatest teachers! Sunset Beach Pilates is such a special place and when I am not on island my body and soul misses it so much. Most teachers will try to encourage you to turn on good habits for your muscles and form, but Carli is also always trying to turn off bad habits that we naturally fall into day to day - which is really where you start to feel a difference in your body! Post class I notice myself walking differently, standing and sitting in my body with more alignment. I never feel better than after some consistent work here.”
