Best Pilates studio on the NS!! Carli is a pilates master--she is super patient and will take your athletic prowess to the next level. After working with Carli for 3 months I'm able to train harder ( run, swim, cycle) and my flexibility, posture and endurance is off the charts! Thank you Carli you are a true gift to the NS<3
Hands down, the best workouts I've ever done. And- I run marathons! I know hard workouts! Pilates at SBP has completely changed my approach to exercise. I'm no longer logging endless miles that are hard on my joints. I'm building muscle in places i didn't even know i had muscle. All of the instructors are fabulous. They know my strengths & weaknesses and push me exactly as much as I need to be pushed. I'm totally hooked, can't get enough!
This studio has changed my life - I was stuck in the same workout routine and I couldn't find change in my body until I started Pilates over a year ago. Sunset Beach Pilates was the first and only studio I've tried and now my expectations are set and I don't know if I'll ever be able to go anywhere else ;) The best part is how knowledgeable the instructors are about the human body - the cues and descriptions on how to work certain muscles and access specific areas of your body are priceless and not something I could do on my own - it's like a massage for your muscles with an insanely good sweat and workout! Cardio with Carli is my favorite class but even in the foundations class I leave sweating and challenged. Thank you for creating such an epic space for our community, Carli!
