I was struggling with very strong lower back pain that through me in bed for weeks. I did the 10 session with Arnold, I can say my back is completely healed, no pain whatsoever and I can exercise normally now. I'm so thankful I came across zero point. Arnold and Terri are wonderful. I saw Arnold for the structural integration 10-series and then occasional follow-up in the years afterward. Rolfing completely eliminated back, shoulder, and hip pain that I'd struggled with for more than a decade. It is probably the best investment I've ever made in my health and well-being. I found that when chronic physical pain was eliminated, everything else in my life relaxed and opened up as well. Highly, highly recommend working with Arnold or Terri!

If you've never heard of Rolfing you should check out their website and message zero point so they can tell you about it. I think it's something anyone can benefit from. I did the 10 series after my surgery and it got me back on my feet running around better than ever. I'm doing another series this year for a nice tune up. Great treatment for chronic problems that nobody else told you could be fixed!
