Those are the two qualities you want on the hottest day of the year when your Mitsubishi split-AC goes out due to geckos making a nest inside. The Fuse tech was on time and communicated clearly. We were given some options and he stayed late to finish the job in one session. Now it’s nice and cool. And at a good price too!“
