Had leaking flex pipe on hot water heater leading into the tank, and called Direct Services with quick scheduling for service. The technician, Connor, was pleasant and friendly. He replaced the leaking pipe and the other pipe per my request. He explained the choices for resolving the leak prior to the repair. He was quick and efficient, and I will call Direct Services Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.Thanks to all the staff for helping me in my time of need!!

Direct Services fixed an issue (two toilets syphoning each other during flushing) that was a problem since the house was built in 1986. Previously, two plumbing/sanitation companies and one home inspector looked at the problem. Only Direct Services diagnosed and corrected the issue. Cathleen, Conner, and Ethan were fantastic.
