Dr. Fahrenheit HVAC is a trustworthy and reliable company. Service techs are on time, very efficient, and explain exactly what was completed. Installers are friendly, polite, and aware of personal property. They are knowledgeable and polite, explaining all service done. The company provides a timely response and addresses problems quickly, even after another company failed to identify the issue. Staff are kind, empathetic, and caring, working to get repairs done at a reasonable cost. They are good and honest people, efficient at what they do, and demonstrate a commitment to excellence. Customers plan to continue using Dr. Fahrenheit for twice yearly maintenance visits.
Our AC went out two days before our grandkids were arriving to stay a week with us, so obviously we needed to have repairs done immediately. I was looking for a new company to use and Googled looking for a company that was trustworthy, reliable, and values-based. Dr. Fahrenheit was top of the list in the Google search. I called, still being somewhat skeptical, and Laura was incredibly kind, empathetic, and caring. She got our A/C repaired and worked with us to get everything done at a cost that was reasonable. All of the staff we interacted with demonstrated their values and commitment to excellence. I highly recommend Dr. Fahrenheit.
