These guys are prompt! I called early this morning and they were at my house before noon! We came home from dinner last night and our upstairs was 80°. This morning it seemed to be working properly! The technician came anyway and checked everything out. He did a thorough inspection and couldn’t find anything wrong. We discussed the age of the unit (19 years old) and he only recommended the Service Plan!! When it comes time to change out the unit, I’ll definitely be calling Aire Serv!!
