It's rare to find a contractor these days who goes the extra mile but that's exactly what Wender and his team did for us. They were very professional, thorough and didn't skip a single detail. We look forward to working with them in the future!
These guys are prompt! I called early this morning and they were at my house before noon! We came home from dinner last night and our upstairs was 80°. This morning it seemed to be working properly! The technician came anyway and checked everything out. He did a thorough inspection and couldn’t find anything wrong. We discussed the age of the unit (19 years old) and he only recommended the Service Plan!! When it comes time to change out the unit, I’ll definitely be calling Aire Serv!!
Matthew M was the most knowledgeable HVAC technicians I have ever talked to and I've been a REALTOR® for 10 years. He was patient, friendly, very thorough and spent plenty of time walking us through everything. He actually cared and made efforts he really didn't need to. All around, from beginning to end, this business is reliable, prompt, doesn't try to over-sell, has fair prices and they do not pressure sell/upsell. They seem ready for any job. Thanks for everything, Matthew.
