“Yesterday afternoon (May 11, 2024) I realized my hair looked a hot mess and I didn’t want to go into Mother’s Day looking the way I was looking. But work and motherhood caused me to lose track of time so at the last minute I Googled, “Silk Press near me” and Studio Flawless popped up. I read the reviews and felt it wouldn’t hurt to call and see if someone can do my hair. Toya answered and was very happy to help me—even at the last minute. When I pulled up (I’m not from here) I was in the parking lot looking confused. She walked out the salon and automatically knew I was looking for her. lol. She welcomed me, built rapport, and was very informative, professional; yet friendly. She cared about the history of my hair and suggested certain add-ons that would help me get my hair back to its healthiest state. She was also very honest about how long my silk press would last given the fact it’s my first one since shaving my head 2 years ago. Not only that, all the other stylists were working so hard, taking pride in their work. No one was rushing. Everyone was giving their clients quality service. The salon is beautiful by the way.
