I have been going to Jenna at Roots for 2+ years now and I can't speak more highly of her or the salon! Jenna always discusses any changes I may want to make with my highlights, and never disappoints with the results. Also, the best cuts - my hair always looks and feels amazing after leaving the salon and for the 8 weeks after until my next appointment
My first experience at Roots with Susan was exceptional! Not many stylists would literally take all day to shift nearly black hair to a pretty blend of blonde and grey, but Susan sacrificed you personal time to make sure I walked out of the salon looking like a human rather than some scary orange mess. And my hair feels like hair! If you need attention and experience, this is the salon for you!
Delia always take extra special care of me and every time I give her an inspiration picture she matches it to a T. She listens to my needs very well and always hears me out. She even fixed a very bad hair cut I had gotten from great clips that I didn't know was fixable!
