“Circle H is a lifesaver! I have used them to pump my tank and they are awesome but I recently started having slow drain issues I could not resolve. I have augured my lines, tried water hoses and drain jets, all to no avail. I called at 3pm and James and Mike were there before 4. They found a bad pipe going into the tank, cut it out, replaced it and installed a clean out all before 5:30. With women in the house, flushing toilets are a must and Circle H made my wife happy.Guys, dont waste your time or money with anyone else. “I could not be happier with the service provided by Buzzell Plumbing Heating & Air. Our 50 Gallon tank water heater had to be replaced, and Mark Buzzell came by to give us quotes on replacing the tank and also options for moving to a tankless heater. We ended up choosing an outdoor tankless option. Work began the next day, and a lot was done to get the right infrastructure set up, but everything was done and cleaned up that day so we could have hot water again in the evening. Mark even included a condesation pump for the HVAC system at no extra cost after realizing that the way the old pipes were set up could cause problems after the tank was removed. Overall, I am very happy with the quality of work and professionalism shown. Went ahead and gave them a second job to fix a leaking gas valve at the back of the fireplace, and that was also done the next day after they bought the necessary valve.“
