I've been a patient for 3 years and my entire life has changed for the better. I'm a difficult case for most offices and have been through 4 other psych offices. Robert and all the psych staff are incredible. They also are the only office I've found that treats Vets and Active members with respect in Valdosta and the surrounding area

I have been going here for 3 years and have never missed an appointment. I have always been on time and never late. I had a telephone appointment today and Carla claims that Kelly called me twice. My phone never rang. With that being said if I didn’t answer wth do they think voicemail is for??? Now after waiting 25 minutes for a call I have to wait another day!?!? Get it together y’all and make sure the psychiatrist is calling the right number because my phone rings constantly and not one call was from them. And again so unprofessional not to leave a voicemail and tell me that I missed my appointment.

The receptionists are friendly majority of the time & I really like Dr. Morgan a lot. He's a psychiatrist, but he always asks questions and cares about what's going on in my life. He has actually helped me more than any psychiatrist I've ever been to.
