Update 8/2026: Debbie and Michael both at Reese have done it again! We had a unit installed that has been plagued with issues that was not the fault of anyone but perhaps a less than stellar Carrier unit to begin with. Debbie coordinated with the manufacturer to get some of the parts covered under the warranty. We've had to have several technicians out to ultimately make the necessary repairs and we would have been in a terrible spot if Debbie and Michael didn't work with us to ensure that the manufacturer of the unit stood behind their unit. We did have substantial costs due to the lost refrigerant ($2500+) but it would have been over $5K to also replace the faulty compressor had it not been covered under the warranty. I can't say enough about Reese and their commitment to customers. Thank you, Debbie and Michael, for your unwavering time and support!”
