“My experience here at decolash was pleasant although I was a bit disappointed. I booked with Aaliyah services were great she was friendly environment was nice well kept upscale luxury clean sanitized however I did not know that you guys didn't do permanent tint which is the one that sticks to the skin you only do the one that sticks to the hairs and I wasn't happy about the tinting part otherwise it was nice vibe“
