Nifiesa is a skilled stylist, but extremely unreliable. I experienced multiple last-minute cancellations — each time with the same explanation — and no attempt was made to help reschedule promptly or refer another stylist. Thankfully, I’ve kept every text message with her canceling.

Canceling at the last minute shows a lack of professionalism and disregard for clients’ time, especially when appointments are booked in advance. If you decide to book with her, do so knowing there is a real risk your appointment may be canceled with little or no notice.

I wish I could give negative stars. My scalp was chemically burned but my hair underprocessed. This is after she gave me a bowl cut instead of the stylish pixie I requested. I reached out for help as I was nervous about my hair breaking as it was relaxed at the roots but natural throughout the shaft. She blocked me. This is a trifling, perpetrating person. Don’t waste your money here. She doesn’t care.Service: Haircut

My experience at Xhale Hair Studio has been the best by far. Nefiesa has really taken care of my hair. I can’t say that for past hairstylists I have gone to. I have only been going to her for a month or so and my hair has grown. I’m glad I found Xhale Hair Studio.Service: Haircut
