“I had my home a/c unit repaired by ACS technician name KJ, he took every necessary step to diagnose the problem and he concluded that the compressor needed to be replace since the unit is still under warranty a new compressor was ordered through carrier and it was replaced about two to three days later. He also replaced the thermostatic expansion valve txv that cost a little bit more than i anticipated for replacement cost but overall the tech was knowledgeable in response to all my questions and patient too. I will have to give him A+ for a work well done“
