Contractor called and made illegal allegations stating that an unpaid/partial paid invoice 48 hour post service would result in them sending out a technician to disconnect the unit. The full value was not paid due to the bank limiting out of state transactions and a partial payment was sent with notice that the remainder will be paid once the bank waiting period was over after the weekend. This is illegal under Gerogia law to participate in self help repossession. I will be filling a complaint with the BBB. This is a landlord/tenant housing situation. Disappointment is an under-statatement when it comes to this company, the rest of the reviews says it for all. Only thing to add, if this company is picked by your insurance company save your deductible by saying no visit from them. Below is what i had to go through.
The technician spent less than 10 minutes inspecting my furnace before concluding that the blower motor had failed and attributing the damage to a power surge. Based on this diagnosis, information was provided to my insurance company, which ultimately resulted in my claim being denied.
