“This vet office has been nothing but good to us and our pet. We had to have a bladder stone removed; they gave me a quoted range and then charged me extremely fairly when it came time to pay out. My fur baby has been healing exceptionally well, and is on the mend. Dr. Pan was especially kind and patient, answered all of our questions, and took excellent care of our pup. This is an excellent veterinary practice, and we will be taking her there for the rest of her life.“

I came in, knowing that given the change in season that my German Shepherd, Scout, would need a de-shed and a bath - the amount of hair is crazy! JayeCee proposed as well that she could give Scout a “breed cut” which I didn’t even think my GSD needed grooming. BOY WAS I WRONG! I was so HAPPY with the way that my boy came back to me! The veterinarian and staff were very kind and quick to help. The medications that were prescribed worked quickly. 2 weeks later, she has gained back the weight she lost while I was away, and she is eating and drinking normally. “I’ve been to several vets in the area. This vet practice is awesome (I’ve waited a year to truly “vet” them). My definition of a good vet- they don’t “push” stuff on you. They work with you and honor your wishes. The main vet here… she works her butt off. I appreciate and respect her so much.
I’ll add that many vets are run by “big business” (like big companies that buy homes and rent them, for example), which means they must follow certain rules, and encourage (push) certain medications and shots (much like the current human medical for-profit business model).“
