From the front office (Tina and Marcy) to the dental professionals (Dr. Clayton, Dr. Chang, Carrie, dental assistants), my care and experience has been nothing short of perfect. I met Dr. Clayton once before his retirement, and it is clear how much care he put into this practice. Dr. Chang, the new dentist was excellent and very friendly to work with. My hygienist Carrie was absolutely awesome, and took so much time to patiently and kindly educate me on my condition and the purpose of my cleanings. She was also so thorough in her work on my teeth and ensuring my dental health! I had never had another professional who was so thorough, so easy to talk with, and who was so committed to providing excellent care. For the first time, I actually looked forward to my cleanings! There are not enough words to describe how much I appreciated Carrie, having previously had negative experiences with my dental cleanings.

If it wasn't for the fact I moved out of state, I would have loved to stay with this business forever. Even after discontinuing my care with them, they still stayed so helpful and prompt, quickly providing my records to my new practice within a day's notice.

It was invasive but she was very confident in her abilities and provide excellent client care. My daughter is very anxious and avoids the dentist like the plague but she is particularly fond of Dr Tromp's gentle and patient approach. Both dentists have their different strengths and make a great team. All the assistance, front desk staff, and hygienist are exceptional kind and helpful. “very negative and do not recommend office asked me to call to talk never responded or replied to my email... I am writing to share my recent experience at this dental office. My dentist referred me here, and I was informed that scans, if needed, could incur an out-of-pocket expense of $399. I was asked to initial a document acknowledging this potential charge. Upon being called in, I was immediately taken to the scanning room. When I inquired if this was related to the $399 fee, the staff member confirmed it. This seemed to contradict the initial explanation of a potential charge. During the consultation with the doctor, I felt as though my questions regarding the costs were dismissed, and I was directed to discuss them with the front desk. This appointment was intended to be an evaluation for an implant and extraction. I was subsequently charged $399, even though I am uncertain if I will proceed with the extraction and implant at this office. While I did pay the fee, I expressed my concerns and stated that I would not be returning. I was offered a copy of the scans on a CD. The entire visit lasted approximately ten minutes. Based on my experience, I would advise caution. It appeared to me that the office prioritized financial gain. Furthermore, I recently visited another dental office, where the same scans were provided free of charge, and the overall costs were significantly lower. They also offer crown services, which this office does not.“
