“Today was my first visit and I must say that this place is so warm and welcoming. The ladies up front treated me like family and were very understanding when I not only arrived a few minutes late for my appointment, but also when I gave them the wrong insurance information (which could’ve gone left so many different ways). So embarrassing…<br><br>On top of that, I was introduced to such an amazing woman (Jenny) that was so excited to assist me. I brought her a very dirty mouth (shame on me) yet she was patient and extremely thorough. Even after being numb, my reflexes gave her a little bit of difficulty, but she was so motivating and very encouraging. You simply cannot train this kind of professionalism so I’m going out of my way to praise Jenny for her hard work.<br><br>I can be honest and admit that I received some not so great news about my teeth, but they way Dr. Glessner delivered it was with so much care and compassion that I’m looking forward to all of the work moving forward with this business. Even if I move far away because it’s worth every penny and the trip, trust me…<br><br>So, if you’re looking for great dental work with genuine care, I highly recommend coming here.
