“They came out to do a warranty repair on our Samsung refrigerator. The refrigerator itself is horrible. I would not take a Samsung refrigerator if you gave it to me free, let alone pay almost $4k like I did but that is not these guys issue.They made two trips, one to diagnose and one to replace compressor. They texted both times before coming out and showed up like they said. Very professional on both. They put down protective material to protect the kitchen tile when they replaced the compressor. They seem to be a very good company from my experience.“

“I have a Thermador gas range my oven I thought was preheating, however, it never got hot. I live in Suwanee and found Dmitry. I called around 3ish pm. His phone responded with if you need service text me & he asks questions, model # etc. I did as suggested and he responsed via text within a few minutes -he magically appeared with 2 hrs with the parts necessary and my oven was & hot again. Called at 3 repaired by 5. I couldn't ask for better service. He's process is simple, smart and he's honest and wise about brands and service. Would use him again without a doubt.“
