I asked to speak to owner the lady said she was a manager. After going back and forth with me. Never got the owner on phone. They set me two long text messages never answer any of my questions or concerns.

If I could give this company a ZERO it still wouldn't sum up their service. My warranty company scheduled Golden in home service to come out and repair my Samsung dryer for May 31. The company NEVER called or showed. I then got back in touch with my warranty company and they attempted to reach the company just as I did and they also had to leave a message bc THEY DONT ANSWER THEIR PHONES. While I was on hold with my warranty company the lady from Golden in home THEN AND ONLY THEN decided to contact me and once I ran down to her how we had to wait and the company never called, or showed, and how I read the reviews for the company and they are ALL BAD, she became upset and refused to admit she was wrong and that her company SUCKED. I refused to accept any service from that company based off of my personal experience with them and after reading the reviews that I only looked at AFTER the way they handled me. Save your time, money, and energy and ask for another repair company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Proceed at your own risk.

Don't EVER do business with this company. We had an appointment scheduled today between 8am and 12pm to have our washer serviced (HHGregg warranty) and nobody ever called or bothered to show up. We called the phone number (831-7606) and managed to go through all the menus only to go DIRECTLY to a voicemail service. We left a message and nobody has still bothered to show up or even call us back. If anyone ever suggests or schedules your service call through Golden In Home Service, refuse it. The only thing you'll get is a Golden Shower level of Customer Service.
