“I had what I thought was a plumbing issue because of a weird smell, so Ian came over to scope it out. I was able to snag an appointment next day, which I was relieved by, and the minute he walked in and assessed what was going on, he explained that he didn't think the smell was a plumbing issue. He checked the toilet and sink from where I thought the smell was originating, but then suggested we check the crawl space, where I found a massive dead possum - clearly the actual root of my problem.
