Placed a chemical on my pants to see if it will bleed, then charged me for plastic to protect it from ruining my other outfit, I wanted alterations on. Very rude and unprofessional.

A waste of money!!! I dropped off my WHITE comforter to be cleaned which had a few stains on it. Just took it out the bag and to my surprise...every stain is still there! So pretty much I just wasted $23.00 and 4 days for absolutely no reason. Especially since I am now trying to remove the stains BY HAND.
