“Unfortunately, we had a leak at our house while I was out of town working. My wife noticed it and called me. It’s a helpless feeling to know your family needs you and there is nothing you can do. My wife called Emergency Water Damage & Josh and his team were at my house within an hour. He communicated and kept me in the loop even with me being out of town. He came in and handled EVERYTHING. When I say everything, they handled things I did not even think of them handling. They were professional, courteous, and so easy to work with.
