Unfortunately, we had a leak at our house while I was out of town working. My wife noticed it and called me. It’s a helpless feeling to know your family needs you and there is nothing you can do. My wife called Emergency Water Damage & Josh and his team were at my house within an hour. He communicated and kept me in the loop even with me being out of town. He came in and handled EVERYTHING. When I say everything, they handled things I did not even think of them handling. They were professional, courteous, and so easy to work with. Absolute SUPERB service! We had a water leak and they were at our house within an hour. Water stopped, drying began. In depth clean up and clean out the next day with a beyond professional crew. Everything taped off, secured, cleaned out, and cleaned up. They packed up anything that needed to be, covered up everything needed for protection, and left my house spotless to dry. You could not even tell they cut out a lot of drywall or removed much of the floor as far as a mess. Everything is super clean and ready for repairs to begin. I would absolutely recommend them!!! 1,000/10!!
I wish i could give them 100 stars - I cannot say enough good things about Josh and his entire team!!! My laundry room flooded into my kitchen, dining room and basement in the middle of a week when I had sick kids and a husband out of town. Josh and Jamie immediately came out for an inspection, thoroughly explained the damage, acted quickly and with unbelievable care of my home and belonging and followed up until the entire situation was complete (including setting me up with a contractor and asbestos evaluation).
